Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026 (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence)
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive innovation landscapes
- Partner with R&D, product, and executive teams to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Present technology trends and strategic recommendations to C-suite and stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and patent landscapes for competitive intelligence
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to pilot emerging technologies with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and developing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Strategy) preferred
- Experience working with global innovation ecosystems and startup incubators
