Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies with 2026+ commercial viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across product lines
- Identify partnership opportunities with academic institutions and startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives
- Manage cross-functional teams executing pilot programs for emerging tech
- Conduct competitive analysis in next-generation technology sectors
- Build relationships with thought leaders and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable energy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
