Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 10-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, AI researchers, and bio-engineers to prototype revolutionary solutions
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with government agencies and Fortune 500 companies
- Present breakthrough innovations at Davos, TED, and UN Technology summits
- Drive patent portfolios targeting 50+ filings annually in emerging tech domains
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of disruptive technologies
- Mentor next-generation talent through our FutureTech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (minimum 3 unicorn exits)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech innovation
- Published in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in emerging tech domains
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Security clearance for government-contracted R&D projects
- Portfolio demonstrating $50M+ in commercialized innovations
- Proficiency in future scenario planning using Delphi methods and AI trend forecasting
