Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Design innovation frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech development
- Manage $5M+ annual technology innovation portfolio with ROI tracking
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and other future-focused global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on 2020+ tech adoption
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (MIT Tech Review, Wired, etc.)
- Certification in technology forecasting and strategic innovation management
- Experience managing cross-border R&D teams and global tech ecosystems
