Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0, etc.) with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and prototyping future-focused solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Deliver executive-level technology briefings and innovation impact analyses
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies through change management frameworks
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies or launching disruptive products
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and technology trend forecasting
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
