Responsibilities

- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate disruptive concepts
- Identify new business opportunities through technology convergence
- Represent company vision at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech-driven initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or advanced automation)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience building and scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity
