Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence) with 3-5 year impact assessments
- Develop strategic frameworks for technology adoption and integration across enterprise operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory implications for emerging tech
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with tech incubators, research institutions, and startups
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI ethics, quantum applications, Web3 infrastructure)
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing Fundamentals, AI Strategy) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in presenting to C-suite audiences
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- MBA or Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications or journals
