- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for experimental projects
- Author thought leadership publications on technological disruption
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify acquisition targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or R&D leadership in tech/finance sectors
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Advanced degree in STEM, Business, or Futurism required
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
