- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry consortia
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and influence long-term investment decisions
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption and adaptation strategies
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technologies and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with proven 2020+ tech adoption impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum, AI ethics, decentralized systems, or synthetic biology
- Experience developing future-oriented scenarios and strategic foresight frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Track record of launching products/services based on emerging tech trends
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating published tech trend analysis or innovation strategy work
