- Lead strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Conduct market viability assessments for next-gen technologies with 3-5 year horizon
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI targets
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and cross-functional workshops
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or advanced materials
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and startup ecosystems
- Demonstrated success in scaling technologies from concept to market
