You'll operate at the intersection of science fiction and commercial reality, turning speculative concepts into market-ready breakthroughs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces) to develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and their market impacts
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Develop KPIs to measure innovation pipeline maturity and ROI
- Champion ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling abilities
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight publications
- Strong command of HTML/CSS for prototyping digital concepts
