Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation through to pilot implementation

- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management

- Deep understanding of technology commercialization and scaling
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
