Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact assessment
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation cycles
- Translate technological foresight into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI frameworks
- Champion ethical innovation practices and sustainable tech integration across all initiatives
- Present technology vision to executive leadership and investor boards with data-driven storytelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Experience building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary innovation teams
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
