Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing next-gen solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology startups
- Present executive-level insights on technological disruption and competitive positioning
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or biotechnology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley preferred)
