Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and synthetic biology applications

- Analyze global tech policy implications and advise C-suite on regulatory compliance opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive reports

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology-driven transformation
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
