Responsibilities

- Lead innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, circular economy tech)
- Strong background in sustainability and ESG compliance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business required; PhD preferred
