Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with transformative potential for 2026+ markets
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate technical feasibility and market readiness
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech innovations into product roadmaps
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating to actionable strategies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment for technological uncertainty
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
