Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging tech trends
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build industry partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive adoption of new technologies across product and service portfolios
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-tech literacy and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or neurotech
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
