Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business growth targets
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling pilot technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and tech scouting programs
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven success in launching technology initiatives with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley preferred)
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio of past tech innovation projects or thought leadership publications
