Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives and emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and carbon-neutral tech infrastructure
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and emerging technologies for strategic partnerships or acquisitions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and Board of Directors with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and sustainable technology adoption
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and anticipatory design principles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in launching next-gen technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain) with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Global network of tech innovators, VCs, and academic researchers
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTe, APF) strongly preferred
