Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030 horizon) and develop strategic adoption frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and incubate disruptive startups
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption
- Represent the company at global tech forums and policy summits
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem with academic and industrial partners
- Produce quarterly foresight reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology strategy at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record in commercializing frontier technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or ethics
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology risks/opportunities
