Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI agents, quantum algorithms, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven impact analyses
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 breakthrough tech products
- Deep expertise in at least 2 of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Delphi Method)

- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
