Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps spanning AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from concept to market validation
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform technology investment decisions
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within tech or advanced industries
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
