Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy across quantum computing, AI ethics, and neurotech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and neurotechnology applications
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and the board of directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI analysis
- Pioneer industry partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with 5+ years focused on emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or neurotechnology
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies or innovation strategy
