Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate next-gen technologies into core business operations
- Partner with product teams to define 2026+ product visions and feature roadmaps
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
