Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to prioritize innovation investments and resource allocation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Present future technology frameworks to investors and key stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 10+ engineers and researchers
- Monitor emerging tech disruptions and recommend pivots to competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (blockchain, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Experience with patent development and IP strategy
- Strong financial acumen for tech investment analysis
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier tech journals
