Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for strategic partnerships or acquisitions
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and conference presentations
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting future deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and persuasive communication skills
