Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market disruption
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape research
- Manage vendor partnerships and technology ecosystem development
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative modeling skills
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Published research or patents in technology/innovation fields
- Experience working with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
