Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030 with focus on emerging paradigm shifts
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in next-gen tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech integration
- Identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets in emerging tech sectors
- Present visionary technology briefings to C-suite and board members
- Establish KPIs for future tech adoption and ROI measurement
- Mentor innovation teams on future tech implications and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
