Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year strategic technology roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech integration) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical tech frameworks across product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech)
- Strong data literacy with ability to analyze complex tech adoption patterns
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (preferred)
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization initiatives
