- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and commercial teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital with future-tech focus
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market horizons
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience building ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech standards
- Publication record in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in scenario planning tools and market simulation platforms
