Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and assess commercial viability
- Architect pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate future tech into current offerings
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging tech adoption and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating vision into execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Experience scaling tech innovations from concept to enterprise deployment
