Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in AI/ML, IoT, or quantum computing architectures
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with specialization in innovation
- Exceptional data analysis skills using Python, SQL, and visualization tools
