Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 implementation
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future technologies into product roadmaps and business operations
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption success
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- C-suite experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Engineering (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, etc.)
