- Produce annual technology forecasts and risk mitigation strategies for board-level review
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype futuristic solutions with 5-10 year horizons
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology deployment timelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and scenario planning for 2025+ horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, quantum AI)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, trend analysis)
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies (patents, white papers, keynotes)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling software
