Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2024-2026 horizon) to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Develop and present technology adoption roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and innovation impact
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership on future technology paradigms
- Secure and allocate R&D budgets for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Track record of launching successful tech innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong executive presence and persuasive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
