- Architect strategic roadmaps for AI ethics frameworks and quantum adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Develop patent-pending solutions for biotech-digital convergence
- Present future-tech visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with academic institutions to shape next-gen curricula
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for pilot programs
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years strategic experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions at FAANG companies
- Expertise in technology ethics frameworks and governance models
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
