Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their impact on industry landscapes through 2030
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies into core product offerings
- Present strategic technology insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor competitive tech landscapes and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, IoT, and blockchain
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive presentation skills
- Certification in technology innovation management or strategic planning (e.g., CDMP, CSM)
