- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into current offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitor landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused prioritization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong financial modeling skills with innovation portfolio experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
