Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 strategic objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Analyze global tech trends to forecast market disruptions and opportunities
- Design scalable frameworks for technology adoption and implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout and integrate disruptive startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused tech strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
