Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, ethical frameworks, and regulatory landscapes
