Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging industry trends
- Lead market research on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech into business strategy and operations
- Manage innovation incubation programs for prototype development
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology adoption forecasting
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive stakeholder communication
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation publications
