- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses of emerging technologies (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks aligned with ESG 2030 goals
- Present strategic blueprints to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $50M+ ROI
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent advanced credential
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- MBA or advanced technical degree from top-tier institution
