Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR) through 2026
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive tech opportunities
- Develop implementation roadmaps for pilot programs and enterprise-scale adoption
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Track record of launching successful tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Agile, Lean Startup, or Technology Innovation Management
