Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation partnerships with leading research institutions
- Conduct technology impact assessments on business operations
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
