- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization cases
