Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and market forecasts
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready methodologies and tools
- Mentor technical teams on emerging tech trends and strategic implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
