Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology adoption across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop implementation roadmaps for disruptive innovations in partnership with engineering teams
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage technology portfolio valuation and ROI projections for futuristic initiatives
- Coordinate with global research institutions to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation technology deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
