Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech) targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product managers to transform visionary concepts into scalable solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Oversee budget allocation and resource planning for future technology initiatives
- Monitor ethical implications and societal impacts of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or product development
- Proven track record in leading complex technology initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
