Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record in developing commercialization strategies for emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, sustainable tech, or neurointerfaces
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA with tech specialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting disruptive concepts to executive audiences and securing buy-in
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
